Let the rhythms of the DR sweep you off your feet with a latin dance class before you head out to bachata the night away.
Day 2: La Bahia de Samaná
After breakfast and a morning workout, head to Samana Bay. Arrive at your beachside hotel by mid-afternoon, and take some time to relax at the beach or dive right into fun activities (boat trip, horseback ride, snorkeling). Come together for a restorative yoga class and delicious local seafood dinner while your toes wiggle in the sand.
Day 3: Island Permaculture
After breakfast and morning fitness session at the hotel, head out to learn about important local issues. Enjoy a delicious local Dominican lunch before setting out to learn how permaculture supports local community members. Get your hands dirty in a regenerative agriculture workshop. Spend the late afternoon beach-hopping before heading back to the hotel for dinner and a slow-paced evening workout to unwind.

Wake up to the sounds of birds singing and enjoy a morning fitness session with the river flowing in the background. After breakfast, hop the ferry to Los Haitises National Park, keeping an eye out for dolphins and manatees.
